Job Description:
Aegis is currently partnering with a local manufacturing company in Elgin to identify a Purchasing Clerk to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:
Purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and services to meet production schedules. Manage full purchase order lifecycle within an ERP system-from creation to receipt to reconciliation. Track and maintain lot numbers, expiration dates, and documentation for food?grade materials. Reconcile invoices with receiving records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Requirments:
1+ year of procurement or purchasing experience. Hands?on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Dynamics, Fishbowl, etc.). Experience creating POs, receiving goods, reconciling invoices, and tracking lots/expirations. Please apply below if you are interested!
