Overview:
We are seeking a Contract Sourcing Specialist to support end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring supply continuity, accurate purchasing execution, and timely delivery of materials and services critical to production.
Job Duties:
Support sourcing activities including RFQs, pricing analysis, bid comparisons, and supplier evaluations. Coordinate supplier onboarding, contracts, and ongoing communication for orders, pricing, and delivery updates. Maintain purchase orders, procurement records, ERP data, and sourcing documentation. Track supplier performance and support issue resolution and risk mitigation. Assist with inventory support, expediting materials, and resolving invoice or order discrepancies. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support production needs and new product introductions. Prepare sourcing reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with ERP/MRP systems required. Strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills. Manufacturing experience; dental/medical device experience preferred.
