Job Description We are seeking a Procurement Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting Procurement Strategic Initiatives & Transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program and project operations, systems administration, and PMO analysis and a proven ability to own work management system integrity, drive data hygiene, and enable financial validation at scale .
Responsibilities:
Maintain the Asana Hygiene Dashboard and distribute the daily Asana Hygiene Action List to Hygiene Leads. Manage the Hygiene Leads Slack channel and resolve ad hoc questions and issues in real time. Lead weekly stand-ups to review priorities and progress against open action items. Own Asana 2.0 schema design and field structure updates for clarity, accuracy, and process efficiency. Develop training materials, host onboarding sessions, and facilitate Hygiene stand-ups, including for EMEA, LATAM, and Australia. Partner with Hygiene Leads to migrate and complete required Asana 2.0 fields across all active initiatives. Build a Quick Reference Guide for Asana setup, initiative management, and long-term maintenance. Assess, design, and socialize Asana enhancements including AI enablement, streamlined templates, automated approvals, and built-in data checks. Define the post-close operating rhythm. Train Hygiene Leads on stage gate template sign-offs and Asana documentation requirements. Maintain the Sign-Off Evidence Log and Asana requirements to support Financial Validation and Budget Alignment. Facilitate Category Lead and Central Finance sessions and produce materials to resolve the finance validation backlog. Own and update the Financial Validation Tracker dashboard for 300+ initiatives' validation status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 to 7+ years in program or project operations, systems administration, or PMO analyst roles. Hands-on Asana administration experience, including custom fields, rules and automations, portfolios, and reporting. Strong attention to detail with ownership of data hygiene across large initiative portfolios. Clear communicator able to train and support non-technical stakeholders across regions. Process-oriented mindset with ability to design and document repeatable workflows.
Preferred Skills:
Experience leading work management tool deployments or migrations at scale. Background supporting finance, procurement, or enterprise portfolio management functions. Success Looks Like Accurate and current Asana data with strong Hygiene Lead engagement and minimal manual chasing. Steady reduction of financial validation backlog and timely validation for new initiatives.
