MUST BE PROFICIENT IN QUICK BOOKS INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGMENT
Responsibilities Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and contracts that maximize value and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Manage purchase orders using QuickBooks Monitor inventory levels through QuickBooks Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products, supporting production planning and merchandising efforts. Conduct sourcing activities for new suppliers or alternative products to optimize costs and quality. Maintain comprehensive records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier performance for audit readiness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status, pricing, or product availability promptly and professionally. Cycle Counts Running Inventory sheets when needed to be updated Running a sales call sheet when needed Helping out in customer service when needed ( answering the phone, entering in orders, and checking orders) Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks for procurement and inventory management. Strong knowledge of materials management, supply chain management, and logistics processes. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms while fostering positive supplier relationships. Experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement strategies, and contract management within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and pricing strategies to support merchandising initiatives. Ability to analyze data related to inventory control, production planning, and supply chain metrics for continuous improvement. Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments including production, logistics, sales, and customer service.
