Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for supporting purchasing and order management activities, including creating purchase orders, processing procurement requests, tracking deliveries, receiving orders in the system, and assisting with invoice reconciliation. This is an on-site position working closely with Storeroom Attendants. Roles & Responsibilities Create purchase orders and process procurement requests for required products and materials. Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery. Receive and update delivered orders in the appropriate system. Assist with invoice reconciliation and resolve basic order-related discrepancies. Work closely with Storeroom Attendants and internal teams to support daily operations. Qualifications Previous procurement, purchasing, order management, or administrative experience preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems. SAP or SX.e experience is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
Pay:
$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
