Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers for a variety of promotional and branded products Obtain competitive pricing, quotes, and product samples from vendors Negotiate costs, minimum order quantities (MOQs), production timelines, and shipping terms Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with project requirements Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines Monitor product quality and resolve any supplier or fulfillment issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, or print sourcing strongly preferred Familiarity with industry platforms such as SAGE, ASI, or similar databases Experience working with overseas manufacturers and import logistics is a plus Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
