Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Restaurant Purchasing Coordinator to support our fine dining operations. This role will oversee purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory, and receiving to ensure the restaurant has the products and supplies needed for smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily purchasing and ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules. Receive and inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, quantity, and condition. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Maintain purchase orders, invoices, receiving records, and inventory documentation. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant purchasing, receiving, inventory, or operations preferred. Experience working with food and hospitality vendors is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
