We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Purchaser / Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in managing purchasing operations, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of medical products and supplies. Responsibilities Manage all purchasing and procurement activities for medical products and supplies Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently Track shipments, backorders, and delivery timelines Work closely with sales, intake, billing, and operations teams to support workflow efficiency Evaluate vendor performance, pricing trends, and product quality Assist with implementing cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation Support onboarding of new vendors and product lines Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and healthcare industry standards Qualifications Prior purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred Experience in healthcare, medical products, DME, or distribution strongly preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory/order management systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach What We Offer Competitive salary Stable Monday-Friday schedule Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunity to work closely with leading medical manufacturers and vendors
