Entry-Level Procurement Specialist Entry-Level Procurement Specialist RCI Custom Start Your Career in Supply Chain & Purchasing RCI Custom is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with vendors, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term in purchasing and supply chain management. You'll work closely with our Shop Operations team to ensure materials and components are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time to support production. What You'll Do Assist with purchasing raw materials, electronic components, and outside services Create and manage purchase orders using our ERP system Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery updates Track open orders and help ensure on-time delivery of materials Review incoming materials and support documentation accuracy Kit parts for production work orders Help maintain organized purchasing and inventory records What You'll Learn Procurement and supply chain fundamentals Vendor communication and relationship management Inventory control and material planning ERP systems (JobBoss)

2015 quality standards Cost control and purchasing strategies What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree is a plus) Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organization Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Nice to Have (Not Required) Exposure to manufacturing, electronics, or warehouse environments Basic understanding of inventory or purchasing processes Why Join RCI Custom?
