Job Description

We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Procurement Analyst. This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to project acquisition and product programs. Gathers requirements from NHDSM/SNAP and supporting documents to be developed into procurement packages. Coordinates with technical leads (Product Team Manager) and BFMs to ensure material and cost accuracy and available funding. Compiles required documentation for new contracts actions, p-card orders, and maintenance renewals. Must have keen attention to detail. Performs role of procurement analyst in support of the Requirements/Costing Branch. Gathers requirements from
NHDSM/SNAP
to be developed into procurement packages. Coordinates with technical leads to ensure material accuracy. Coordinate with BFM for cost accuracy and obtain funding. Compiles required documentation for new contracts actions, p-card orders, and maintenance renewals. Utilizes DADMS to validate software package approval status. Work with in
NAV-ITAS
to obtain ITPR approvals for all actions. Work within SEWP to obtain quotes. Receive/Check in materials. Coordinate distribution of materials to Project managers/internal teams. Update and maintain master spreadsheet for procurement packages. Upload procurement packages into SharePoint. Coordinate with Project Managers for shipments that will require FedEx labels.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with 0-3 years of experience;
Allowable Substitutions:
HS Diploma + 4 years of experience
