What You'll Do Source and acquire used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, service lane, wholesalers, digital marketplaces, and private sellers Perform accurate appraisals using market data, auction tools, inspections, and pricing trends Maintain a consistent buying pipeline aligned with sales demand and profitability Work closely with the Used Car Manager, sales, and service teams Monitor market trends, recon costs, and inventory performance Support trade-in appraisals during peak showroom hours as needed What We're Looking For 1-3+ years experience as a Used Car Buyer, Appraiser, or similar role Strong understanding of used-car values, auctions, and pricing tools Solid mechanical awareness and attention to detail Confident negotiator; self-motivated and results-driven Valid driver's license and clean driving record Pay & Benefits Competitive base salary + per-car bonuses and performance incentives Typical earnings $50-70k/year based on experience and results Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match PTO, holidays, employee vehicle/service discounts If you know how to buy right and move inventory, we want to talk.
