Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase orders, supplier communication, and issue resolution Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure continuity of supply and resolve material, quality, and delivery challenges Assist with RFQs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and performance management in alignment with strategic sourcing teams Participate in supplier meetings, summits, and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct benchmarking, cost analysis, and support business case development Develop and improve tools, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and standardization Ensure compliance with global procurement procedures, quality standards, and audit requirements What We're Looking For Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate across internal teams and external suppliers Proactive, execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities Analytical problem-solver with a data-driven approach Effective communicator who can influence and drive accountability High level of integrity and attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field Experience with procurement or purchase-to-pay processes preferred Manufacturing or technical environment experience is a plus Strong systems and data skills (Oracle experience preferred) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
