Job Summary:

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED required 2 years' experience purchasing pharmaceuticals and supplies required Surgical Services supply chain, Surgical Tech or Sterile Processing tech experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of computer systems required Job Specific Duties Order Supply Tasks Manages the purchasing/receiving of drug/supply orders from the wholesaler/suppliers Manages the computer system set up with the wholesaler Discrepancy Control Resolves purchase orders problems and billing errors when they occur Billing Responsibilities Manages the transfer expenses/billing Price Accuracy Maintains accurate prices in applicable computer system Invoice Tasks Accurately posts invoices within 5 days of receipt Professionalism Upholds a professional working relationship at all times and adheres to department rules Practices teamwork and adheres to Standards of Behavior Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned by management Collaboration Works with others respectfully and openly; provides help to achieve shared goals.
