Buyer#26-19549 $13.14-$16.14 per hour Keene, NH Onsite Job Description Our client, a Business Manufacturing And Supply company, is looking for a Buyer for their Keene, NH location.
Responsibilities:
Document management Request quotes and complete purchase orders Payment issue resolution Support indirect spend Ensure adherence to government compliance, company policies, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Associates preferred 1-2 years experience in procurement or supply chain (experience with vendor relations, issuing PO's, etc) Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Buyer to join their procurement team. The Technical Buyer will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, supporting indirect spend activities, and ensuring surety of supply. This position requires strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with legal procedures related to NDAs and supplier contracts is preferred. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially when handling invoicing or payment discrepancies.
