Negotiating and purchasing goods with the right quantity while maintaining appropriate lead times. Responsible for maintaining cost/ gross margins while updating Item Master Data. Developing weekly sales analysis and other reports as needed. Manage product production as well as distribution and operation at stores. Purchasing Preparation and processing of purchase orders for various products and services. Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and resolve basic issues related to deliveries. Identifying and evaluate potential suppliers for various products and services. Inventory Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product availability and pricing in procurement systems. Communication with vendors regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules. Management Coordinate and distribution and troubleshoot issues Communicate and assist stores with operational needs Perform regular scheduled audit on product quality, sales, and profit margin Data Analysis Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends and competitive offerings Generate reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance and purchasing data
Education and Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred Understanding of product specifications, quality standards, and cold chain handling Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills Excel skills for purchasing and inventory analysis 2+ years of purchasing related experience 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or Sales representative Experience in food or wholesale industry is preferred
