We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing professional to join our growing team in Carlstadt, NJ. Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid supply shortages Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers Review and reconcile invoices, resolving any discrepancies with vendors or internal teams Track orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to align purchasing with project and inventory needs

Requirements:

Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management a plus Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; word, excel software a plus Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in the security, alarm, or electronics industry is a bonus
