In this role, you will work directly with our Maintenance, Planning, Operations, and Machine Shop teams, as well as domestic and international vendors.

High SchoolResponsibilities Procurement:

Request quotes and issue POs for low-stock, out-of-stock, and special-order MRO parts, tools, and services from domestic and international suppliers. Proactively track orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Vendor Management:

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms. Communicate with overseas suppliers on specs and shipments. Manage vendor performance and high-value component returns/repair.

Maintenance & Inventory:

Partner with Maintenance Planners to supply parts for preventive/corrective maintenance and minimize downtime. Maintain min/max stock levels, manage replenishment, and coordinate with the Machine Shop for custom components.

Financials:

Track purchasing spend, maintain compliance, identify cost-savings, and handle documentation approval for set thresholds.

Cross-Functional Support:

Communicate status and delays across Operations, Accounting, and Maintenance teams.
