Job Description

Get in on the ground floor of a newly formed department! We are launching an exciting new initiative focused on purchasing consumer-owned vehicles directly from the public, and we are looking for a motivated Curbside Purchase Coordinator to join our team. If you want to contribute directly to a new department's growth and success—while enjoying the opportunity to grow your income over time—this is the perfect role for you. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Curbside Purchase Manager to ensure seamless, efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Paperwork Execution:
Efficiently handle, review, and process all legal and dealership paperwork required to finalize vehicle acquisitions.
Process Auditing:
Assist in auditing transaction files and documentation to ensure strict compliance, accuracy, and completeness.
Customer Service Excellence:
Serve as a key point of contact for consumers selling their vehicles, providing a professional, welcoming, and high-quality experience.
Departmental Support:
Directly assist the Curbside Purchase Manager with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and operational logistics to help scale the department.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a sharp, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about building something from the ground up.
Qualifications & Skills:
Tech-Savvy:
Strong computer literacy is required. Must be highly comfortable navigating computerized workflows and administrative software.
Software Proficiency:
Direct, hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel (for data tracking) and Microsoft Outlook (for professional email communications).
Adaptability:
A flexible mindset with a strong willingness to learn new processes as the department evolves.
Critical Thinking:
A quick thinker who can problem-solve on the fly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication:
