  • Friday Summary:
    The primary role of the procurement assistant is to provide support to the procurement team. This role assists with the reception support and mail room, vendor process
  • onboarding/ongoing COI management, B2B user setup/support, travel booking, processing expense, corporate purchases, and the gatekeeper for the procurement help desk.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provide tier-one support via KACE, routing tickets to the appropriate teams Support reception and mailroom operations, including backup coverage Manage vendor setup and compliance, including document review and follow-ups Maintain vendor insurance records and assist with invoice reconciliation Support P-card transactions, ensuring policy compliance and timely reconciliation Coordinate office supply orders and record purges with vendors Assist with travel bookings and expense processing Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed Participate in trainings and team meetings
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
High school education, business school or college courses highly preferred Three years administrative and office experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Requires a customer service mindset. Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving abilities. Ability to work independently. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be a team player.
