Procurement Operations Coordinator Pay:
$34.11/hour

Schedule:
Part-Time | Approximately 15-20 Hours per Week About the
Role:
The Project Coordinator will support the execution of a global supplier transition initiative. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and the project team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on project coordination support to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met. Manage and complete assigned project tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. Develop, maintain, and organize project documentation, plans, reports, and status updates. Schedule meetings, workshops, and supplier interactions while coordinating logistics and follow-up activities. Serve as a communication link between project managers, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers. Track project progress, timelines, action items, and key deliverables. Support resource coordination and project administration activities. Monitor and report project status while identifying potential risks or delays. Assist with process improvement initiatives and issue resolution efforts.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of project coordination, project administration, or office administration experience required. Experience supporting procurement, sourcing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, IT, or related technical projects preferred. SAP or ERP system experience preferred. Strong organizational, documentation, and project tracking skills. #TM2
