About the role The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for assisting in the product development and production function by managing and executing the processes in partnership with the Sourcing Manager, cross functional teams (merchandising, design, tech design etc.) and agent teams. Works closely with the Sourcing Manager, Merchants, Design, TD and Agents/vendors to focus on production ready sample development, costing and executing to deliverables within time and actions. The impact you can have Collaborate and partner with the Sourcing Manager on development ratios ensuring we are following our sourcing strategy. Assist with managing receipt flexibility including shifts, chase/agility with agent and market vendors Assist with managing the flex plm part of the garment marketing for all categories Assist with all direct communication with Agents and Vendors, including Market Vendors Assist sourcing manager with costing and time and actions in conjunction with agents for all vendors Manage and track Line Coordination samples Manage product and work flow utilizing Flex PLM Provide a high level of customer service to the brand and cross functional partners by consistently building strong and effective partnerships with merchant, design, tech design and planning teams You'll bring to the role Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience in garment construction technical knowledge preferred Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience with Flex PLM preferred Benefits You will be eligible to receive a merchandise discount at select KnitWell Group brands, subject to each brand's discount policies.
