Procurement Change Analyst

Procurement Change Analyst We are seeking a Procurement Process & Change Analyst to support procurement transformation initiatives focused on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) process alignment. This role will partner with global stakeholders to assess current processes, identify gaps, support deployment activities, and drive user adoption across procurement operations and systems including Coupa and Ariba. Key Responsibilities Conduct process mapping, gap assessments, and future-state process alignment for P2P and S2C workflows Support procurement transformation initiatives involving Coupa and Ariba platforms Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and drive process improvements Support change management activities including impact assessments, communications, training, and user readiness Assist with deployment planning, hypercare support, and post-go-live stabilization Track KPIs, process adoption metrics, and compliance reporting Support governance, issue management, and cross-functional coordination across global teams Required Qualifications Strong procurement and P2P process experience with understanding of S2C activities Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and operating model alignment Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills Ability to support training, deployment, and process adoption initiatives Experience working within global or matrixed organizations Familiarity with Coupa and/or Ariba preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience within retail, fuel, convenience, or field operations environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate effectively across teams
