K Responsibilities RFQ Processing:
Prepare and issue Request for Quotes to suppliers in support of engineering and operations.
Supplier Coordination:
Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Compliance:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Reporting:
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and performance metrics. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills. Requirements Proficiency in ERP systems. Prefer Experience with raw material buying and consolidation Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Office software
