This is a mixed role that combines core procurement duties with accounts payable processing and inventory support. You will help ensure timely procurement of drilling fluids and chemicals while also handling vendor invoices and supporting inventory accuracy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants broad exposure to supply chain, procurement, and accounting functions in the energy sector. Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate, and procure drilling fluids, chemicals, materials, and services Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and track deliveries Process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices related to procurement loads — matching invoices to POs, verifying quantities, prices, and supporting documentation Assist with inventory reconciliation, stock tracking, and inventory record accuracy Support the preparation of customer bids and technical-commercial proposals Maintain supplier databases, pricing sheets, and vendor contracts Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to resolve procurement and invoicing issues Conduct basic market research and supplier performance evaluations Support cost-saving initiatives and month-end close activities as needed Handle general administrative tasks and reporting for procurement and AP What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or supply chain (oil & gas or chemical industry experience is a strong plus) Familiarity with processing vendor invoices and 3-way matching (PO-Invoice-Receipt) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to understand technical specifications for drilling fluids and chemicals Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities What We Offer Competitive salary Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life insurance) 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities in procurement and accounting Dynamic role with broad exposure in the oil & gas industry
