On-Site Immediate Opening - Buyer (Procurement/Purchasing) OneSource Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Buyer (Procurement/Purchasing) on behalf of our client. If you have experience with purchasing, supplier management, SAP, and supply chain operations, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing Create and process purchase orders based on procurement plans and business requirements. Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules to ensure uninterrupted material availability. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve purchasing and supply chain issues. Maintain accurate purchasing records using SAP, Ivalua, and other procurement systems. Support product launches, phase-ins, and product discontinuation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal business partners. Coordinate purchases of marketing materials with commercial and procurement teams. Prepare weekly reports on purchase order status, supply risks, and mitigation activities. Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, and other departments to support business goals. QualificationsRequired Experience 2-5 years of purchasing, procurement, buyer, or supply chain experience. Experience working directly with suppliers and resolving purchasing or supply issues. Manufacturing, operations, or production environment experience is preferred. Education Bachelor's degree or formal training in: Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations Management Related field Equivalent experience will be considered. Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with:
