Job Description

United States Steel Corporation (USS), since its acquisition by Nippon Steel in June 2025, continues to be a leading steel producer with a proud history of innovation and industry leadership. With over $15 billion in annual revenue and operations in the U.S. and Slovakia. Our Global Procurement team plays a critical role in sourcing the direct and indirect materials, capex, and services that power our operations. Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement professional to join our Global Procurement team. This role is critical to supporting the capital equipment strategy associated with the Nippon/USS transaction and will work closely with engineering and operations teams to source and manage procurement of high-value capital assets. The ideal candidate will bring experience in equipment procurement at U. S. Steel.
