Purchasing Analyst Posted on March 20, 2026 March 20, 2026 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Analyst to manage procurement activities, optimize supplier relationships, and support efficient supply chain operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to support purchasing processes across the organization. Position Responsibilities Procurement & Supplier Management Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze purchasing trends, track key metrics, and provide insights to support decision-making. Prepare reports on supplier performance, inventory levels, and cost savings initiatives. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain analysis. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) APICS, CPSM, or other relevant supply chain/procurement certifications. What the Role Offers Competitive salary range of $80,000-$100,000.
