Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels, prevent shortages, and reduce excess inventory. Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules. Utilize automated procurement systems to generate purchase orders efficiently while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Analyze Excel data reports for cost analysis, supplier performance metrics, and inventory trends to inform purchasing decisions. Monitor vendor contract management processes, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to contractual obligations. Lead negotiations for direct procurement activities, fostering strong supplier relationships through effective communication. Support procurement contract management by reviewing terms, managing amendments, and ensuring contractual compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in procurement management or purchasing coordination within manufacturing or supply chain environments. Proficiency in ERP systems; familiarity with supply chain management software is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful price negotiations and contract agreements. Extensive knowledge of inventory control systems and automated procurement tools. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using Excel for decision-making purposes. Experience in vendor management, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship development. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team coordination and process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with logistics operations, pricing strategies, and contract management best practices. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors professionally.
