Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products or materials. This includes tracking quantities, conducting regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling any discrepancies between the recorded inventory and actual stock. Monitors inventory levels and determines when to reorder products to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Matches invoices from suppliers, confirms warehouse inventory is sufficient, and returns incorrect, old, or obsolete stock to vendors. Organizes and sends copies of purchase orders to corporate offices, and processes incoming purchase orders by compiling necessary information and records to prepare for the procurement of materials. Communicates with other branches to ensure stock levels in branches are sufficient. Inspects incoming products for quality assurance, ensuring that they meet the company's standards and specifications. Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities. Identifies areas for efficiency enhancement, implements best practices, and suggests process modifications to streamline operations and reduce costs. Develops effective relationships with all team members to ensure daily communication necessary to resolve issues and prevent service delays. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior Relevant Work Experience 0-1 year Essential Qualifications Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
