Work you'll do As a Specialist, Contracts and Procurement Management on the Contracts Operations team, you will be responsible for: Managing complex contract types, including firm-fixed-price (FFP), time-and-materials (T&M), cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), blanket purchase agreements (BPAs), subcontracts, consulting agreements, state and local government contracts, and international agreements Supporting the full contract lifecycle, including negotiation, execution, modifications, compliance, and closeout activities, while analyzing contractual terms to identify risks and support compliance with regulatory and client requirements Using contract management systems, automation tools, reporting platforms, dashboards, trackers, and reports to maintain data integrity, monitor contract performance, and support operational efficiency Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), analytics tools, and data insights to support contract review, risk identification, compliance monitoring, decision-making, and process improvement Partnering with legal, finance, project teams, and other stakeholders to resolve contract issues, mitigate risk, support audits and compliance reviews, and provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior analysts and team members A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team The Contracts Operations team supports contract administration, engagement activities, compliance, and operational excellence across the contract lifecycle. Team members collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive efficient processes, manage risk, and leverage emerging technologies to improve contract operations.
