Job Description:
This role is focused on the strategic sourcing and procurement of MRO materials and consumables used to support manufacturing and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing categories such as: Industrial spare parts and components Bearings, motors, electrical and mechanical supplies Tools, PPE, lubricants, and consumables Inventory optimization and critical spares management Supplier negotiations, sourcing strategies, and cost reduction initiatives Multi-site industrial or manufacturing environments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, required. 3+ years of MRO procurement experience Strong understanding of maintenance supply chains Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Analytical and data-driven approach to purchasing decisions Ability to partner with Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations teams
