Role Summary:
Reporting to the Finance & Project Controls RPS Director the Procurement & Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of procurement activities and administrative business operations. This role serves as a critical link between operations, project management, finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement of materials and services, accurate ERP data management, and efficient business processes.Exciting work you will do:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Procurement & Business Operations Coordinator will consist of, but are not limited to, the following: Create and issue purchase orders in the ERP system and maintain accurate purchasing records Obtain and track supplier quotations and support competitive bidding activities Monitor supplier acknowledgments, delivery commitments, and shipment schedules Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmations, material availability, delivery dates, shipping status, and discrepancies Maintain vendor information, procurement files, purchase order status, and related documentation Assist with vendor onboarding and qualification documentation Coordinate freight and logistics arrangements as needed Maintain accurate procurement and project-related information within ERP and business systems Communicate order and material delivery status to appropriate internal teams Coordinate internal approvals and procurement-related documentation Assist with resolving purchase order, receiving, and vendor invoice discrepancies Support routine procurement reporting and data validation Coordinate procurement-related information with suppliers and internal teams, including Operations, Finance, and Project Management Provide general administrative and coordination support to the procurement function Perform other duties as assigned Competencies you possess: Customer Focus Results, Action Oriented Accountability and responsibility Teamwork and collaboration Attention to detail Strong analytical skills Strategic Thinking Decision Quality Inspiring and motivating others Problem solving Self-starter, self-motivation What you'll need:Work Experience :
3 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, operations, project administration, business administration, or related fieldsEducation:
Associate's degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, finance or related fieldAnalytics/Computer Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; experience with ERP systems (Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms ); ability to generate reports and analyze data; familiarity with purchase order processes and vendor managementOrganization Skills:
Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving environment; time management skills Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer serviceCommunication Skills:
