85K-90K) We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Operations Associate to support our procurement process and platform as we continue to grow and mature. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate knowledge of procurement processes and procurement systems, strong organization and communication skills, and be passionate about helping people and improving processes. You should take on the mindset of an air traffic controller that is managing multiple stakeholders at various stages of the onboarding and approval lifecycle to ensure integrity of the internal supplier onboarding and P2P processes and tools. Key Responsibilities- Work with business leads and suppliers to process new and mid contract requests
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Corp IT, Infosec, Accounts Payable) to ensure timely processing of such requests
- Manage follow up with suppliers to ensure they are taking ownership of registration and onboarding responsibilities
- Manage Purchase Requisition and PO Change Order process and ensure that the data from initial business intake is accurately input into Purchase Requisition.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to supplier onboarding and the P2P process and technology, both internal facing and external
- Ensure compliance with SLAs across the Procurement Ops team including but not limited to supplier onboarding, PO processing and approval workflows across stakeholder groups
- Engage with procurement, suppliers and cross functional stakeholders to drive adoption, optimize system utilization and continuous process improvement outcomes
- Providing timely customer service and training to business functions to continually improve onboarding and purchase requisition processes
- Support supplier inquiries regarding procurement processes, onboarding intake approval status
- Support all business functions to resolve issues and concerns related to supplier onboarding
- Monitor supplier onboarding email domain and provide timely response to inquiries
- Track and organize inquiries and communicate themes to Procurement team to support improved customer service and process improvement The experience you have:
- 2+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or related field
- Experience with procurement tools such as Zip, Coupa, Ariba , or similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills
