We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Buyer/Planner to join our operations team. In this role, you'll help manage purchasing, inventory planning, production coordination, and supplier relationships to ensure our customers receive high-quality products accurately and on time. What You'll Do Manage drop-ship and make-to-order fulfillment from purchase order through customer delivery Process and monitor purchase orders, sales orders, production orders, receipts, and inventory transactions within ERP/MRP systems Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts to manage replenishment purchasing and maintain service levels Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Product Management, Art, and Suppliers to ensure smooth order execution Manage rush requests, order changes, shipment tracking, backorders, and production timelines Source and price special-order or custom products to support customer needs and revenue opportunities Coordinate internal production schedules and maintain accurate ERP production data Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, billing, or service issues Support inventory accuracy initiatives and verify incoming materials meet quality standards Assist with new product setup and product development activities Investigate inventory, production, and order discrepancies and help implement solutions Develop working knowledge of bills of materials (BOMs), costing, and margin expectations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, operations, or related roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with purchasing, inventory planning, production planning, or supply chain coordination ERP/MRP system experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools Promotional products industry experience is a plus Why Join pc/nametag?
