Reporting to the Manager, Assignment and Lien Release, this position is responsible for securing, managing and processing essential documentation to support title clearing functions while ensuring compliance with statutory, state and regulatory requirements. This position facilitates the drafting, execution, recording and imaging of Assignments and Lien Releases adhering to company and industry guidelines. Additionally, the role serves as a central point of contact for coordinating document-related activities, maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors and government offices to enable efficient, timely and accurate property transactions.
