The Role We're hiring a Procurement Specialist ' Preconstruction who can support estimating and operations by building real vendor coverage, securing competitive pricing, and helping set projects up for success before they ever break ground. This role goes beyond the desk. You'll be expected to pick up the phone, dig into the market, and at times get out in the field to find and build relationships with suppliers that others can't. This position plays a critical role in our preconstruction process: You'll be responsible to work directly with estimating and operations for sourcing accurate and competitive vendor pricing, identifying gaps in vendor coverage, and helping drive procurement strategy from bid through project startup.
