We care about you and have committed to a zero-harm workplace. The Procurement & Contracts Specialist will provide analytical, governance and administration support to the procurement function. You will own procurement data integrity, spend analytics support, contract administration, and supplier performance reporting to enable fact-based decision-making, KPI tracking, and risk management across organization wide Indirect Spend. What you'll do: Design, maintain, and publish supplier scorecards for strategic, high-risk operational and aggregated tail-end suppliers. Support Supplier Business Reviews with insightful reporting and analytics. Flag underperformance, trends, and risk indicators to the Category Managers and Leadership team. Maintain supplier risk profiles and performance history. Identify systemic process gaps using data trends. Recommend opportunities for continuous improvement derived through data analytics and supplier performance management. Administer the full contract lifecycle. Commercial term and pricing validation as per contractual agreements. Track contract utilization and value leakage. Maintain rate cards, price indexes, and escalation clauses. Support savings realization tracking tied to executed contracts. Support procurement maturity roadmap initiatives with data analytics and research-based information.What you bring:
Post secondary education in business analytics, finance, supply chain, operations or related studies. 4-6 years' experience in procurement operations, analytics, or supply chain governance. Strong analytical capability with hands-on BI dashboard interpretation and development support. Experience with CLM and supplier risk tools. Experience building supplier scorecards and performance frameworks. Solid understanding of procurement and contract lifecycle management. Advanced Excel and ERP reporting expertise, experience in Workday preferred. Experience in propane, energy, utilities, logistics, or regulated industrial environments. SCMP, CPSM, CPP, or data analytics certification would be an asset. Power BI / Tableau experience Experience working with multiple teams across North America would be preferred.Salary:
$57,000 - $71,000 annually, (based on skills, experience, qualifications, and geography).
