Indirect Procurement Manager Duties:
Will be responsible for several categories within Indirect Procurement and/or several projects at a time Will work as and with other Procurement Specialists on the existing team
Required Skillsets, Experience, and Job Description:
Associate's degree or equivalent procurement or supply chain work experience required Bachelor's degree preferred 2-5 years of previous analytical, procurement, or supply chain experience Analytical skills, learning agility, and attention to detail Analytical Tools experience Change Management and influencing skills SAP functional skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of data analysis methodologies Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills Customer service focus with great follow-up skills Collaborative team player capable of both independent work and joint project work Ability to efficiently multitask Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Experience leading sourcing events (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and supplier negotiations
