What you'll be doing: Manage procurement for construction, supplies, and professional services Prepare bids, RFPs, and purchase orders in compliance with HUD and regulatory standards Evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and secure the best value Coordinate bid openings, analyze proposals, and recommend awards Build and expand a strong, diverse vendor network Maintain procurement records, contracts, and purchasing systems Collaborate with departments to plan and meet purchasing needs What we're looking for: Experience in procurement, purchasing, or contracting (government experience a plus) Knowledge of competitive bidding processes and procurement regulations Strong negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and improvement
