DEEM is currently looking for a part-time energetic, team oriented Purchasing Coordinator to to become part of DEEM's CMR team and assist with daily purchasing for contract, service, and pre-fab departments.

is a commercial mechanical and electrical company offering HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Industrial Piping, Building Automation, and Sheet Metal Installation and services. We are centrally located in Indianapolis, Indiana with satellite offices throughout the Midwest down to the southeastern United States.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Purchase daily requests for material and subs for all jobsites working with the project managers, superintendents, foreman, account coordinators, and techs Purchase daily material and sub requests for all fab departments (sheet metal, plumbing, piping, and refrigeration) Answer CMR Queue and issue POs for immediate needs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors Daily data entry of POs into accounting system and notes into

SSO Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of purchasing experience Strong customer service skills Computer Skills (including Microsoft Office) Excellent organizational skills Strong Data Entry Skills Individual needs to be a self-motivator and team player.

Desired Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or Refrigeration 1-2 years of experience in commercial Electrical environment Knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts

Pay:
