Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage procurement processes, negotiate with vendors, and oversee inventory control to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Your expertise in coordinating and materials management will drive efficiency and support our company's growth. Duties Create and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner Communicate with vendors to obtain product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records Track and confirm order deliveries, back orders, and resolve discrepancies Support sourcing efforts by collecting quotes and comparing supplier offers Coordinate with internal teams to verify purchase needs and delivery expectations Follow up on order status and provide updates to stakeholders Assist with invoice matching and resolution of billing issues All other procurement duties necessary Maintain organized digital and physical files related to purchasing activity Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, administrative, or supply chain support role Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in business or supply chain preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Join us as a Purchasing Specialist where your proactive approach will directly impact our operational excellence!
