Lindenmeyr Munroe is looking for a full-time Purchasing Specialist to support our Londonderry, NH facility. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote each week. In this position, the candidate will be supporting our growing packaging business by sourcing products, facilitating the ordering process, and working with key packaging suppliers. Role Responsibilities Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services. Selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency. Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs. Requesting cost proposals and negotiating prices. Preparing and processing purchase orders to include confirmation of pricing, delivery date, and item accuracy. Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments. Working closely with warehouse operations to schedule and verify purchase deliveries. Reviewing invoice discrepancies and initiating corrective actions. Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations. Preferred Experience 2 + years of purchasing and sourcing experience (required). High school diploma or GED required. Familiarity of Packaging industry preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required; experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle are preferred. Knowledge of Infor M3 is a plus.
