Job Description
Vanguard is seeking a Contract Advisor to support the preparation, coordination, and management of client-facing agreements for our Workplace Solutions business. This role helps ensure that client agreements are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and aligned with applicable laws and regulations, operational requirements, business needs, and client commitments. The Contract Advisor will partner with internal relationship managers, implementation teams, legal partners, business operations teams, and document management teams to support agreement creation, negotiation, execution, tracking, and ongoing contract administration. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys navigating the contract lifecycle, process ownership, stakeholder coordination, and work that directly supports client onboarding and long-term client service. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad portfolio of client-facing agreements, amendments, and related documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert for all client agreements. Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve contractual and related issues throughout the agreement lifecycle. Reduce risk by ensuring agreements are tracked, escalated, and completed within required timelines. Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks while balancing client and business needs. Manage agreement workflows, reporting, document repositories, metrics, and related data to maintain contract accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, contract standardization efforts, and the development of contracting best practices and resources. Support other projects as requested. Qualifications Five years related work experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
