The employee MUST be comfortable working with ambiguity and unexpected situations. When information is incomplete or a transaction does not fit an established process, the employee is expected to research the issue, use sound judgement, seek clarification when appropriate and move the work forward without excessive supervision. Also, from my experience, people who typically work in the contract or SOW space often find the purchasing data entry aspect less engaging. My hope is to target individuals who genuinely enjoy data entry and thrive in that environment. That way, we'll have someone who is excited about the role's day-to-day responsibilities."
