We are growing electronics recycling and recovery company looking for a Procurement Executive to source and purchase used, non-working, and surplus electronic equipment and components. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, aggressive in finding new suppliers, good at negotiating prices, and able to build long-term supplier relationships. Experience buying large quantities of used or non-working electronics is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Source used/non-working cell phones, tablets, laptops, motherboards, and other electronic materials. Negotiate purchase prices, quantities, payment terms, and shipping arrangements. Evaluate material quality, condition, market value, and potential recovery value. Review open purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and expedite when necessary. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and recycling teams on incoming materials. Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, pricing, and procurement documentation. Identify new suppliers in the U.S. and internationally.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of used electronics, cell phones, computer parts, or electronic components is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Desired Skills:
