Job Description
Position Summary The Production Analyst is responsible for maintaining data integrity and operational visibility across vendor production activities. This role ensures accurate management of purchase orders, inventory tracking, and reporting to support timely, cost-effective delivery of finished goods and replenishment product. The Production Analyst analyzes production metrics, identifies risks or gaps, and provides actionable recommendations to support delivery decisions.
Job Duties:
Oversee purchase order creation, tracking, and execution for finished goods and blank replenishment inventory Maintain accurate and complete production databases and reports to support internal business partners Analyze production data, proactively address issues, and communicate impacts and solutions to stakeholders in a timely manner Track existing inventory levels, usage, and replenishment requirements to support ongoing production Communicate insights, risks, and recommended solutions to internal stakeholders in a timely manner Participate in weekly vendor meetings to discuss delivery updates etc Support issue resolution related to production delays, capacity constraints, or delivery risks Partner with merchandising to ensure data accuracy React appropriately to production changes or issues, ensuring alignment across sales, operations, and merchandising partnersQualifications:
2- 3 years of related work experience Self starter/should be able to work with minimum supervision Ability to work well with all types of people Excellent communication and writing skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Good organization skills Able to work 8:30am
