$30 - $35 / hour

4 month contract
Job Summary:
This role will provide hands‑on transactional support, including reviewing and converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders, issuing and following up on POs, supporting goods and service receipts, and helping resolve invoice or three‑way‑match issues. The position will act as first line support for site users, assist with vendor communications, and help stabilize purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and issue POs to suppliers, confirm order receipt, and follow up on acknowledgements and delivery status. Assist with goods and service receipt processing and help resolve three‑way match or invoice discrepancies in coordination with Accounts Payable. Support cleanup and stabilization activities, including: PO corrections and re‑issues. Vendor communication related to SAP ordering changes. Documentation of common issues and resolutions.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience utilizing SAP.
  • Manufacturing or industrial background is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
