Job Description We are seeking a Senior Food Analytics Analyst to support strategic food spend initiatives for healthcare clients. This individual will conduct complex market basket analyses, evaluate client purchasing patterns, identify savings opportunities, and serve as a subject matter expert on food purchasing analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with experience interpreting food purchasing data and delivering actionable business insights. Responsibilities

•  Perform detailed market basket and cost studies for healthcare and food service clients
•  Analyze purchasing behavior, food spend, contract utilization, and sourcing opportunities
•  Identify cost-saving initiatives and provide strategic recommendations
•  Support high-volume ad hoc analytical requests from sales and client-facing teams
•  Review food purchasing data to evaluate product substitutions, pack sizes, and pricing opportunities

•  5+ years of experience in food analytics
•  Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and large dataset analysis
•  Experience developing client-facing reports and recommendations
•  Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•  Food distribution analytics experience
•  Healthcare food service, hospital nutrition, senior living, or long-term care industry experience
•  Bachelor's degree preferred
