We're looking for a U.S. Local Sourcing Buyer / Procurement Specialist to support manufacturing operations by sourcing and managing domestic suppliers. This role ensures materials are available on time, at the right cost and quality, to keep production running smoothly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 1.Purchase Order (PO)

Processing & Tracking:

Review purchase requisitions from internal departments for accuracy and compliance. Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system, ensuring correct pricing and terms. Monitor shipment status, track delivery schedules, and proactively escalate or resolve potential supply chain delays. 2.

Inventory & Asset Support:

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover. Assist in routine inventory audits and reconciliation of shipping discrepancy reports. Manage the procurement lifecycle of corporate assets, office supplies, and production materials. 3.

Documentation & Cost Management:

Maintain accurate procurement files, including price lists, invoices, receipts, and contract records. Support the finance department in invoice matching and resolving payment discrepancies with vendors. Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. 4.

Sourcing & Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors and suppliers to meet corporate standards. Maintain and update the approved vendor list (AVL), tracking supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, cost). Qualifications 2+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing and managing end-to-end purchasing processes. Proficiency in creating, processing, and tracking Purchase Orders and related documentation. Skills in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing performance, quality, reliability, and risk. Experience with Contract Negotiation, including commercial terms, service levels, and pricing. Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems and basic knowledge of procurement best practices. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, prioritize tasks, and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
