Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Procurement Specialist to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and management of procurement activities within the hospitality sector. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless acquisition of goods and services necessary for hotel operations, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes. Your expertise will drive cost efficiencies, uphold quality standards, and support the strategic goals of our hospitality organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence supply chain excellence in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement processes for hotel supplies, equipment, and services using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS. Conduct strategic sourcing and category management to identify optimal suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts that align with procurement policies and regulatory standards. Oversee vendor contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with hotel operations, finance, logistics, and quality assurance teams to coordinate procurement activities effectively. Utilize procurement tools like E-procurement systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to streamline purchasing workflows and inventory management. Lead supplier management initiatives to evaluate vendor performance, resolve supply issues, and foster long-term partnerships. Ensure adherence to procurement regulatory requirements, including public sector purchasing standards where applicable. Requirements Proven experience in procurement management within the hospitality or related industries, with a strong background in supply chain management and vendor relations. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, and other e-procurement platforms. Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, procurement contract management, and strategic sourcing techniques. Knowledge of procurement regulatory frameworks and public sector purchasing procedures. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to sourcing and supplier engagement. Familiarity with logistics, materials management, pricing strategies, quality assurance, and supply chain optimization practices.
